We are looking for an innovative Individual Giving Manager to help drive acquisitions and infuse innovation into a data driven supporter journey, stewardship and retention activities.

The IG Manager will drive acquisitions with a particular focus on Face to Face and digital
Infuse innovation into a data driven supporter journey, stewardship, retention and upgrades for the programme
Drive the strategic and operational planning of Individual Giving to deliver significant income growth and ROI, ensuring agreed targets and KPIs are achieved
Develop and manage donor acquisition, retention and upgrade for cash donors and regular givers across all channels to increase the supporter base, maximising ROI
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and deliver a digital fundraising strategy for social and other digital marketing channels, managing the cost effective and timely execution of campaigns
Lead the delivery of an impactful stewardship programme to optimise donor retention and development across all supporters, delivering exceptional donor experience
Provide timely high quality reporting with robust analysis and recommendations to improve performance utilising your Individual Giving expertise and sector benchmarks
Lead on the selection and appointment process for new external suppliers, effectively managing relationships to ensure the highest quality service
Accountable for the management and development of the Raisers Edge database, managing the Database Officer
Successful track record of developing and managing a successful, cause-led Individual Giving programme, with proven technical ability across all channels including digital
Strong experience of developing and implementing successful supporter journeys with thorough understanding of donor motivation
Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience of managing agencies and negotiating strong commercial agreements
Demonstrable experience of effective financial management, including creating, presenting and interrogating business cases; managing and reforecasting budgets; providing financial narrative; reconciling results
