As a experienced Legacy Marketing Manager you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a first-class legacy strategy, focusing on securing pledges and developing relationships with donors for a medical charity who make a big impact. This is a 12 month FTC

Create and implement a legacy fundraising strategy to significantly grow income, working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Director of Income.
Work across the charity to develop a compelling legacy proposition and case for support based on insight and analysis with impactful supporting materials which showcase the benefits we strive to achieve for people affected.
Develop a stewardship programme to cultivate relationships with legacy enquirers and pledgers to maximise the impact of their gift - creating opportunities for face-to-face meetings, visits and events.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to create, test and roll-out legacy marketing campaigns (both online and offline), across a range of channels and audiences, scaling up successful activities accordingly.
Develop robust activity plans to promote legacy fundraising to a wide range of audiences, supporting the wider team to ensure that legacy giving is integrated across all activities.
Work with and train staff and volunteers to promote legacy marketing at every available opportunity, ensuring they are confident and equipped to raise awareness of this vital income stream.
Manage income and expenditure budgets, developing regular reports and analysis to senior management to better inform decision-making, investment and targeting - this includes monthly reporting and quarterly reforecasting.
Demonstrable experience in legacy fundraising, with a track record of developing a legacy marketing strategy and implementing an effective long term, impactful programme to grow income.
Minimum of three years' experience of managing legacy marketing campaigns across a full range of channels, achieving targets and building future income.
Strong experience of developing and implementing successful stewardship journeys thorough understanding of donor motivation and needs.
Track record of growing the legacy pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
