Processing a large number of applications forms that have been submitted, checking their inclusion of supporting information; and corresponding with the applicant.
Ensuring copies applications and documents are stored as required.
Ensuring that sensitive medical information is processed as desired by the applicant.
Collating key information from applications to assist the organisation in measuring the impact of the fund.
Preparing documentation for presentation to the Funds Panel.
Administering payments on behalf of the organisation following approval from the Veterans Medical Funds Panel.
Strong administration skills
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills including Microsoft excel, word and outlook
