We are looking for an Temporary HR Assistant who has knowledge and experience of using HR systems and MS Office to join High profile member body. Immediate Start!
First point of contact responding to basic HR related queries and where appropriate escalating to HR subject matter expert
Support the timely processing and production of all HR and payroll letters generated during employee life cycle.
Review HR system upgrades against established processes to ensure functionality. Document tests procedures and their outcomes.
Input data onto HR System as required ensuring that all information inputted is accurate, appropriate and retained in accordance with GDPR
To conduct onboarding of new employees ensuring all relevant employment documents are issued and employment checks are completed.
Where required, to assist Recruiting manager to comply with their responsibilities in the recruitment process (shortlisting, arranging interviews and assessments, sending interview invites and rejections) using the in-house recruitment system.
Previous HR Administration experience (including recruitment administration)
Previous experience of using HR Systems, input and output of data.
IT literate with knowledge of MS office (specifically Word and Excel)
