We are recruiting for a full time receptionist for a prestigious management company, you will have previous experience of running a busy reception and pride yourself on providing a high level of client care to visitors.
Providing a professional and courteous reception service
Booking meeting rooms and managing bookings
Acting as the first point of contact, providing a friendly, welcoming service to all
Managing all incoming telephone calls and enquiries - ensuring all calls are transferred and messages taken
Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times
Ensuring all visitors and contractors adhere to security procedures
Receiving deliveries and ordering stationary/office supplies
Booking taxis and executive cars for all staff as and when requested
Setting up meeting rooms
basic administrative and PA duties
Essential Skills and Experience
Must have immaculate personal presentation
Professional manner and mature approach
A proven track record of corporate reception is essential
You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently to people of all levels
Administration and IT Skills
