Batch, bank and thank donations received for the sea Sunday appeal as directed by the community & Ports Fundraising Manager.
Ensure that all supporter records in Raisers Edge are up to the date and correct, including supporter communication preferences.
Carry out the acknowledgement of and processing of donations and in a timely manner as directed by the community & ports fundraising manager.
Advise departmental colleagues of donations provenance and draw attention to the need for special responses, ect.
Following the formalised administrative procedures to carry out, on a daily basis, inputting and updating records on the database, Raisers Edge.
Ensure that all information is kept secure and used only in accordance with the policy on confidentiality and the general data protection regulation.
Experience of working with databases, updating and managing individual customer records with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to carry out general office procedures with a methodical and organised approach.
Excellent administrative skills.
A working knowledge of the Raisers Edge database.
Computer and web literate (Word, Excel and Power Point)
