We are looking for an experienced supporter care and engagement professional to help manage, develop and deliver our stewardship programmes.

Develop loyalty and retention models and supporter care programmes for new individual giving programmes, working closely with the fundraising development team and support journey Specialist.
Help the Trust grow and retain its sector leading face-to-face recruitment programme, Friends, assisting in setting targets and managing the supporter care.
Brief, recruit and manage a range of agencies to deliver programmes, ensuring clear objects and targets are set and reviewed and value for money sought including regular communications, emails and magazines.
Develop the Trusts in-memory programme, ensuring that processes are set, in place and followed.
Provide great supporter service and care for Friends and other supporters, ensuring emails, phone calls and letters are all responded to and our supporters have an exceptional experience.
Ensure our customer service supplier is fully trained for supporter care, understands our supporters and is working to agree KPIs
Work with our finance team to ensure direct debits, standing orders, gift-aid and pledges are processed and the supporter has all the correct information.
Manage the Supporter Care Assistant, work closely with and help manage the Legacy Executive role.
Proven track record in running a successful supporter care programme within the voluntary sector.
Demonstrable record of ensuring high retention levels within a programme.
Proven ability to demonstrate strategies for mitigating attrition levels.
Experience in developing, managing and overseeing systems and processes to enable a clear supporter care programme.
Working with CRM programmes is essential.
Advanced knowledge and excellent experience of managing agencies to support a supporter care programmes, whilst getting exceptional value for money.
Track record of developing methods to understand supporter needs and actioning findings, working with segmentation models.
Highly numerate, with a good working knowledge of database and financial systems.
Knowledge of SAP and ThankQ would be an advantage.
