This is an exciting opportunity for a partnerships & Philanthropy Manager with a background in Corpoate and/or Major Donor for an inspiring health charity.

Create acquisition and donor development strategies to identify new corporate partners and major donor prospects, implementing cultivation plans to secure long term support.
Achieve and exceed annual income, expenditure budgets and other relevant KPIs in line with the strategy, implementing best practice in research, profiling and networking to ensure a strong pipeline of long-term partnerships and major donors.
Design and implement stewardship programme to strengthen relationships with partners and donors, continually seeking to deepen insight into motivations, networks and capacity to engage.
Create appropriate engagement opportunities and host prospects and donors at the highest levels, using compelling methods of communication to build positive relationships with influential people and negotiating effectively to achieve a positive outcome.
Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, influencing effectively to secure favourable outcomes for the work of the charity.
Effective management of income and expenditure budgets, accountable for the analysis and evaluation of performance information, income and expenditure, monitoring and reporting against objectives, pipeline reporting, outcomes and KPIs for internal and external audiences.
Extensive experience in high value fundraising, preferably across major gifts and corporate partnership fundraising.
Demonstrable success in personally cultivating and engaging high value partnerships and/or major donors.
Proven track record of generating significant gifts from high net worth individuals (min. 25,000+) and/orsecuring strategic corporate partnerships.
Experience of developing and delivering successful strategies to secure income across individual and corporate philanthropy.
