We are recruiting for two New Partnerships Managers to identify and secure new corporate income for a wonderful health charity.
Identify and secure new corporate income by developing relationships and devising mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop and present creative and engaging new business proposals and pitches for corporate prospects.
Research competitor activity, corporate prospects, and business sectors to leverage new business opportunities and keep up to date on business trends.
Proactively cold calling corporate prospects, securing and attending meetings.
Ensure that all intelligence and activity on potential or existing corporate partners is executed well and recorded appropriately on the in house fundraising database.
Collaborate and maintain relationships with all relevant internal staff to add value and maximise opportunities for the organisation.
Experience of developing new business by researching new leads, making cold calls to potential partners, face-to-face meetings, client-facing presentations, pitches, negotiating and closing business. Experience and proven track record of solutions-based fundraising, business development, and account management.
Knowledge of the UK corporate sector, significant level of commercial awareness and the opportunities that this presents.
Understanding and staying abreast of the key trends and drivers within businesses and corporate fundraising.
Knowledge and proven experience of a range of corporate fundraising approaches such as sponsorship, cause related marketing, restricted donations, pro bono support, charity of the year schemes, strategic partnerships and short-term appeals.
