We are looking for a temporary Senior Alumnae Relations Coordinator who is confident in dealing with people at all levels to join an amazing educational charity.
Collaborating with the Alumnae Relations Manager on ideas and coordination of articles for the annual alumnae publication and implementing the design, printing and mailing process.
Coordinating and assisting the Alumnae Relations Team to provide engaging content and publications and improving communications with alumnae.
Planning and delivering alumnae events.
Being a key contact between the schools and Trust office teams.
Supporting the development team in identifying alumnae of interest and flagging them for future engagement and development projects.
Provide best practice maintenance of alumnae records and updating the database, to show best practice to school alumnae relations, and provide solutions to the organisations use of the CRM system.
Knowledge of and interest in alumnae relations, demonstrated by some previous work experience in an alumnae relations or a communications environment.
Competent in use of design software, such as InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
Working knowledge of e-communication tools, including Mail Chimp and Hootsuite.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
