In this key role, you will play an integral part in the development team, working to deliver donor development and retention programme and help raise 2m in cash income from existing supporters in 2020.

Growing income from individual cash givers through proactive and planned communications and propositions ensuring that messages are on brand.
Working with an external agency to lead on an effective upgrade telemarketing campaign strategy that will work to encourage increased regular donations from current donors.
Delivery of the digital retention activity ensuring that all campaigns consider how digital element are integrated throughout the development campaign, engage with supporters and assist in achieving fundraising targets.
Manage day to day relationship with multiple external agencies and suppliers in a friendly, professional manner.
Monitor and effectively document data requirements for development campaigns providing rationale and evidence for decision making.
Motivated and enthusiastic about contributing your ideas and recommendations to our current development campaigns in both a traditional and digital capacity, working to build upon opportunities that may arise.
Have the ability to build great, effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and liaise in a friendly and professional manner.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage numerous tasks in order to achieve deadlines.
