As an experienced Corporate Development Manager you will join the team at an extremely exciting time, helping to continue the growth in developing the corporate income stream for this amazing homeless charity.
Work closely with Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy and other members of the team to continuously develop review and implement the new business corporate partnerships strategy
Lead on the day-to-day management of the strategy and plan in order to increase net income and secure long term partnerships.
Create engagement plans for all prospects including case for support alignment and cultivation suggestions.
Ensure all internal and external communications are clear, comprehensive, motivating, audience specific and on brand.
Use key knowledge and experience to influence internally and externally to gain support for the new business corporate partnerships programme.
Significant experience of working on developing partnerships, whether in the commercial or charity sector.
Significant experience of pitching, preparing presentations, writing proposals.
Experience of compiling and implementing business plans, budgets and associated performance measures.
Experience or thorough understanding of the commercial sector, identifying new opportunities and applying commercial principles to these opportunities
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a wide range of audiences, internal and external.
