Work within the team helping to create new fundraising products and appeals to shape the future fundraising programme at Action on Hearing loss and change the way the charity thinks about Individual Giving.
Discover new supporters and engage them with the charity and its portfolio of fundraising products, helping to create and develop positive, supporter led, journeys focused on long-term support.
Inspire supporters to make a gift to Action on Hearing Loss by presenting them with the right ask, at the right time, to both maximise conversion and enhance a supporters long-term value.
Have a background of income generation.
Be data-led and detail focused.
Experienced in converting customers on digital channels
Be results driven.
