In this exciting role you will recruit, develop and retain individual donors as well as use your experience in supporter recruitment and engagement to contribute to this mental health organisations ambitious fundraising goals.

Management of supporter recruitment, development and retention direct marketing activities across a broad number of channels including direct mail, telephone, digital, face to face, press, radio.
Campaign management includes planning, briefing and liaising with third party suppliers (incl telemarketing agencies, copywriters designers, printers and mailing houses), proof reading, artwork approval
Make sure campaigns are managed on time and within budget, maximizing ROI
Build strong relationships internally, liaising and briefing as appropriate key internal stakeholders up to senior level to ensure campaigns are delivered optimally
Proven track record of at least two years working in a direct marketing team preferably in the charity sector
Experience of database targeting, segmentation, testing and response analysis and associated impacts on budget monitoring and forecasting
Proven experience of working to and exceeding targets and KPIs
Experience of a range of direct mail, telemarketing, digital advertising and email techniques, including complex multi-channel campaigns and journeys for different products
