This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first ever Individual Giving Officer for an ambitious and inspiring health charity. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop new products and feed into the individual giving strategy.

Write copy and work with the Communications team or agencies to create compelling direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels for acquisition, retention and development.
Record, select and segment data for campaigns using Raisers Edge.
Analyse results from direct marketing activity and evaluate to inform the direct marketing programme, including applying results from test activity into future campaigns.
Manage the budget, sign off process and schedule for your campaigns to ensure all direct marketing activity is delivered on time and to budget.
Deliver first class supporter journeys for donors to ensure they all receive timely and engaging communications.
Manage the relationships with payroll giving fundraising organisations to ensure we recruit high levels of donors and maintain payroll giving income.
Experience of working in direct marketing (preferably for a charity)
Excellent copy writing skills to inspire and engage donors.
Numerate with proven analytical skills.
Good working knowledge of database (ideally Raisers Edge) and all Microsoft packages including word, Excel and outlook.
