As a member of the Senior Leadership team in the Fundraising and Communications department, you will play a significant role in devising strategies with that bring this new vision, along with ambitious income, growth and engagement targets to life.
Devising a new 5- year strategy with ambitious income, supporter growth and engagement targets.
Coordinate strategies to recruit and harness personalised relationships with individual supporters
Lead the development and delivery of a supporter engagement operational plan that supports and enables the broader Fundraising and Communications strategy
Manage 3 teams - First Engagement, Supporter Engagement and Development and Journey
Work with Fundraising and Communications Management Team in developing and achieving a strong innovation and piloting culture within the department
A highly experienced senior digital fundraising or marketing professional with substantial experience in the area of supporter engagement/ digital mobilisation and oversight of implementation
Proven ability to provide strategic direction and team leadership across a number of specialist functions
Understands how Digital supports the work of different teams and the organisation
Experience of leading teams of both offline and digital specialists
Experience of fundraising from individuals, both offline and digital acquisition, retention and data analytics
