You will be joining this charity at an exciting time as they build a specialised Supporter Engagement Team that can focus on delivering supporter growth. This role will focus on managing allocated engagement journeys post supporter acquisition
The Company International Animal Welfare charity
Support in the development of ongoing operational planning and targets
Project manage campaigns and supporter journeys that contribute to team objectives
Work closely with the wider FundComms team to drive best in class integrated supporter
engagement campaigns, across all digital and traditional channels
Using a data driven approach, identify opportunities to engage, recruit and mobilise new
Write and adapt copy that can be used across multiple channels. (with a particularly focus
Create audience data briefs based on the overall supporter
Experience of designing and managing supporter journeys, ideally gained while working across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Demonstrable understanding of digital supporter journey design principles.
Strong, demonstrable project management experience
Proven track record of achieving individual income targets,
Demonstrable experience of reading and interpreting data reports, for both digital and traditional channels
Experience of producing budgets, reporting variances against the plan and re-forecasting.
