This is an exciting role for a Database /Supporter Care to work for an inspiring international Development Charity , looking for strong supporter care background and ideally with Raisers Edge experience , and you will be working remotely.
FTC 3 months +
Opening and sorting donations
Manual data entry of donations and supporter updates into Raisers Edge.
Fulfilment of acknowledgement letters (printing, enclosing and franking)
Responding to low volumes of supporter emails.
Answering the telephone.
Low volume of supporter enquiries/donations.
Transferring calls to other members of staff.
Experience of using Raisers Edge or similar CRM desired but not essential.
Experience in data entry.
Excellent communication skills.
