Exciting time to join this leading mental health charity in this newly created. You will lead the delivery and growth of their own virtual mass participation and pilot, test and launch new mass participation products with the aim of developing a strategy for growth.
This is a 12 month contract.
Work with the Head of community & events to shape a mass participation events product
Test and learn from activity to deliver the strategy.
Apply external insights and best practice from across the sector and supporter insights to
optimise and innovate the
Project manage the charitys own virtual mass participation products
Line manage the team
Knowledge and experience of trends and developments in digital fundraising
Proven experience in prototyping, developing, launching and managing new products through their life cycle
Experience of managing mass participation products
Experience of commissioning creative assets
Strong project management, organisational and administrative experience
Line management experience
