We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a lovely hospice, they are looking for a strong HR administration, systems and excellent IT skills . You will be working in their office. This is a FTC for 3 months.
With the HR Coordinators, ensure that personnel files and electronic files are kept up to date.
Carry out ad hoc administrative Human Resources projects/tasks as and when requested.
Contribute to the administration of the new HR system (CIPHR).
Maintain HR databases ensuring accurate and up to date information is available at all times.
Assist in the recruitment process including posting job adverts, arranging interviews and support the HR Coordinators with the new starter on boarding process.
Order name badges and issue fobs for new employees.
Respond to HR queries and escalate where necessary.
To provide a customer focused service to all colleagues and external customers.
Support the HR Coordinators with Payroll administration.
Considerable experience of Human Resources administration
Supporting the administration for the recruitment process
Experience of producing accurate employment/contractual documentation and correspondence
Experience of using a HR databases and general IT Systems
Experience of keeping files up to date
Experience of prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities
Excellent Communication skills
