We are recruiting for a Temporary Fundraising Assistant for a leading music charity,, you will be supporting the team in effective communication and administrative support in relation to fundraising enquiries and processing donations. Strong CRM experience , ideally ThankQ., Immediate start !
Be the first point of contact for all fundraising-related enquiries.
Respond to supporter queries and donations promptly, providing a positive impression always.
Thank supporters for fundraising donations.
Monitor and manage the fundraising group email inbox, providing high standards of written response.
Liaise with colleagues in all fundraising teams and across the charity to respond to supporters enquiries as needed.
Process donations and create or update supporter records on the CRM accordingly to ensure high levels of accuracy.
Post online and offline donations to correct income codes within agreed timescales (including Just Giving, Virgin Money Giving, CAF vouchers, cheques, regular gifts).
Reconcile bank statements with income streams for the Fundraising team.
Work within the parameters of the Fundraising Code of Practice always.
Accurately create and manage records on the CRM and ensure data is kept and utilised within GDPR guidelines.
Update the CRM daily with supporter and gift information and non-financial information such as consent preferences for communications.
Recommend improvements to database-related processes as needed, such as data imports, and advise the Individual Giving Manager of any improvements which can be made.
