We are looking for an energetic, fast thinking team member to support a very busy established Charity/ NFP division  . Ideally you will have had experience within the recruitment sector, but this is not essential if you have worked in a  sales or target driven environment this  would be a great opportunity.

You must be able to multi task and be able to communicate with a diverse range of people and able to grow and maintain relationships.  To excel in this role you should be interested in becoming a niche specialist and relish the opportunity to develop your own area with the support of a strong team.

The role includes: 

Business development  

Relationship building

Sourcing candidates

CV preparation

Candidate retention and networking

 Day to day administration

This is an ideal role for the right candidate to make a career in recruitment, if you have the drive and determination this would be an excellent opportunity for you.

You must have at least 2 years proven administration skills and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and databases), educated to degree level ideally in business
