Bali Kang
Bali is our Managing Director and has worked in the recruitment industry for over 28 years and developed a third sector division entirely from scratch, with a natural passion to deliver results and be hands on, she still manages a large temp desk. Key to her success is offering a service that is honest, not being a believer in the hard sell approach and allowing her consultants to be independent. Bali loves a challenge and can often be found filling temp bookings while in her double spin class.

Mark Smith
Mark is our Operations Director and has over 24 years service in the recruitment industry having specialised in industrial and catering, banking and secretarial and finding his true niche in the third sector. He has a strong business development background and thrives on this as he loves to talk! Mark has been with the team for over 22 years and is integral to the growth and development of Third Solutions, he can best be described as a jack of all trades as will put his hand to anything!

David Ryan
David is our Recruitment Manager and has been working in recruitment for the charity and not for profit sector for over 22 years and has been with the team for 20 of those. David has been working and developing this specialist area where he has built long term relationships with his clients and candidates and has genuine interest in the third sector. David would make an excellent Mastermind contestant and his specialist chosen subject would be recruiting in the charity sector.

Natalia Battistini
Natalia is our Recruitment Manager who specialises in fundraising roles, and has been working with the Charity & not-for-profit sector for over 10 years. Having worked in fundraising for over five years before this, she has first-hand insight into the incredible work that charities do and have developed a strong understanding the skills that are needed to make fundraising teams a success. She is known for providing honest, attentive recruitment support. With a genuine love for the industry and the people that work so hard to make the world a better place, she thrives on finding the perfect match between our clients and candidates.

Kristy Oliver
This is Kristy’s first experience in the recruitment industry after working across a range of Nationwide events and festivals . Kristy has a naturally supportive and friendly disposition and really enjoys connecting with charity candidates and understanding what they are looking for in their next role. She is providing invaluable support to the team, and welcoming new candidates every day as well as ensuring our candidates stay informed and updated every step of the way. Kristy is also known as our karaoke queen, a title she holds with pride!
