Bali is our Managing Director and has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years and developed a third sector division entirely from scratch, with a natural passion to deliver results and be hands on, she still manages a large temp desk. Key to her success is offering a service that is honest, not being a believer in the hard sell approach and allowing her consultants to be independent. Bali loves a challenge and can often be found filling temp bookings while in her double spin class.
Mark is our Operations Director and has over 20 years’ service in the recruitment industry having specialised in industrial and catering, banking and secretarial and finding his true niche in the third sector. He has a strong business development background and thrives on this as he loves to talk! Mark has been with the team for over 17 years and is integral to the growth and development of Third Solutions, he can best be described as a jack of all trades as will put his hand to anything!
David is our Recruitment Manager and has been working in recruitment for the charity and not for profit sector for over 17 years and has been with the team for 15 of those. David has been working and developing this specialist area where he has built long term relationships with his clients and candidates and has genuine interest in the third sector. David would make an excellent Mastermind contestant and his specialist chosen subject would be recruiting in the charity sector.
Natalia has been with the team for over 3 years and this is her first experience in the recruitment industry but not her first experience in the third sector. Previously she worked as a fundraiser for over six years and we haven’t scared her off yet. She is a true natural in recruitment, developing and building relationships with clients and candidates instantly, quickly helping to develop the division further.
Navin joined Third Solutions having come from a background in account management in the creative and research industry. With a passion for the third sector, he sees helping candidates find their dream role the same as developing an effective personal brand strategy, believing that "Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and what you can offer." He is also an avid skier and can be considered on par with Eddie the Eagle - All the gear and no idea!
Adam has joined Third Solutions from a successful recruitment background where he specialised in sourcing Accounting and Finance professionals. He has decided to make the move to recruiting into not-for-profits and charities as he has a passion for the third sector and seeing these organisations thrive. His approach is consultative and professional with a focus on ensuring both client and candidate have a positive experience and positive outcome. Outside of work he is a local activist and wants to make a difference so will be standing for council early next year.
