Working for this leading independent music charity you will be responsible for the operational planning of public fundraising in line with strategic goals for the year. You will manage a range of fundraising activities within the charitys developing public fundraising programme including supporter acquisition, supporter stewardship communications, financial appeals, in memory giving and regular giving,
Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop operational plans (in line with annual strategic goals) and ensure that those plans are clear to direct reports and link to team member personal objectives.
Ensure fundraising campaigns and projects are effectively managed, with clear aims and creative briefs, accurate targeting, comprehensive schedules, and detailed reporting that builds insight.
Maximise the use of digital engagement opportunities to deliver income goals, improve relationships and optimise the return of expenditure.
Report on appeals, campaigns, supporter journeys and other individual giving plans to provide insight on which plans can be optimised to deliver the best results.
Ensure that appropriate standards for fundraising are embedded in the charitys fundraising and that all elements of the teams work are appraised through relevant regulations, legislation, or other codes of practice.

Significant experience of driving income across all areas of responsibility (i.e., public donations, member schemes, community fundraising)
Direct experience of developing new individual giving initiatives which appeal to donor base and engender loyalty
Experience of digital marketing strategy to improve engagement and deliver income targets
Experience of working with databases to monitor campaign performance, selecting data and segmentation, and data analysis
