We are recruiting for a Part time Administrator for a health charity , you need strong administration and IT skills , you will be working across teams such as HR, operations and finance. The role is Hybrid and initially 1 day meeting in London and this could be increased to 2 days after Christmas.
Administrative and project support for the Head of Finance and Operations and HR Consultant
Be a first point of contact with the charity. Manage Info@ inboxes, answer phone enquiries and manage the postal process.
Respond to general enquiries to the charity, directly or via others in the team.
Support recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with the HR Consultant and IT Support for new joiner on-boarding and leaver process. Maintain the IT asset register.
Schedule virtual and in person staff meetings including booking venues.
Project support to the Information Management / Microsoft Teams Project.
Project support to Head of Finance and Operations, including review of internal processes.
Administrative support and diary management for the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees
Diary and meeting management for Chief Executive.
Schedule Board and Committee meetings and provide ad hoc diary management to Board of Trustees.
Administrative support to the wider charity team
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling ad hoc meetings and assisting with events.
Project support to the Data, Campaigns and Partnerships Programmes.
Minimum 1 year experience of working in an administrative role (paid or voluntary), ideally in the Charity Sector
Delivering excellent and detail-orientated cross-functional administrative support.
Providing customer care and ability to communicate to a high-standard, particularly on the phone and via email.
Good relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience of MS Office , Excel, Word,Outlook, Teams
