Are you looking for your first IG Manager role? This is a great opportunity to join this social welfare charity to help shape and develop their IG programme. You will bring a solid background in IG, experience of Raisers Edge and be skilled in acquisition and retention. The role will be primarily home based with some travel into the London office either once a week or once every other week.
Work with the Head of Fundraising to research and develop new approaches and opportunities to increase individual giving.
Plan and manage successful acquisition campaigns to recruit new regular giving and cash donors including through digital channels.
Scope out potential external agencies to assist on acquisition campaigns
Develop initiatives to increase income from existing supporters implementing new donor welcome, appeals, newsletters, regular giving conversion, upgrade and test activities.
Plan and project manage appeals and campaigns from initial brief, budget and schedule through to reporting on results.
Work closely with the Digital and Media teams to ensure integration with Individual Giving fundraising initiatives maximizing digital fundraising opportunities.
Maintain current small scale income streams including on legacies.
A demonstrable track record of managing income generation from direct marketing campaigns across a variety of offline and digital channels
Experience of developing and managing successful acquisition campaigns Experienced in using digital channels to increase IG income
Experience of using Raisers Edge for targeting, segmentation, testing and response analysis and application of learning for future campaigns and for maintenance of accurate income records.
Experience of delivering effective stewardship journeys for multiple audiences.
