We are recruiting for a temporary L&D Lead for a charity that is working to provide life saving services and provide a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated . You will need extensive experience reviewing , delivering and implementing L&D .
This role can be Remote but will need to be accessible to go to the office in Bristol
The Role
Priority area identify and implement safeguarding training programme across the organisation, ensuring relevance to the different levels required.
This will cover employees, Trustees and volunteers. NB work has started but is in the very early stages
EDI training across the organisation. We are currently recruiting a Head of Race Equality and need to have good basics in place which can then be built upon
Finalisation of appraisal process & documentation. Design of appraisal briefings for managers and drop-in type sessions for colleagues. This will also include collation of identified L&D requirements from the appraisal cycle
Organisational TNA
Review of induction process for employees, Trustees and volunteers
Agree an approach for the roll out of MHFA training, implement and review
Implement apprenticeship training support programme utilising apprenticeship levy pot of key partner/funder. Socialisation of concept, production of documentation, clear process and engagement with other support functions. Setting the scheme up for success.
They are currently reviewing our wellbeing strategy and want to run initiatives which will engage our colleagues and provide opportunities to focus on wellbeing

Experience designing, delivering and successfully implementing L&D strategies and interventions.

Able to navigate grey and across silos to create clarity and alignment

Able to work as a partner/collaborator, whilst lead from the front and drive through projects in the right way
