We are looking for a Legacy Administration officer to manage a busy and varied case load of specific, residuary and reversionary bequests for a well loved community healthcare charity.

To play a key role within the Legacy Administration Team by managing a busy and varied case load of specific, residuary and reversionary bequests.
To optimise legacies bequeathed in the shortest possible time, dealing with solicitors, banks and personal executors in an efficient and courteous manner, so seeking to enhance the charitys reputation and encourage future legacies.
Ensure that all incoming correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner (as defined by internal service level agreements).
Respond to incoming enquiries by telephone and email, ensuring the appropriate legacy case files are updated accordingly.
Highly organised - able to deal with a busy and varied workload through effective prioritisation
Good verbal and written communication skills
High level of computer literacy (ie. Word processing, email and spreadsheets etc)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships internally, but also with supporters, personal executors, solicitors and other charity beneficiaries
