Senior Philanthropy Manager

We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead a team to secure income from Trust, Major Donors and a portfolio of mid value donors.

This is a remote role with quarterly meet ups as well as donor meetings.

The Role
Lead a team of three fundraisers to grow a portfolio of trusts (c400k) and high-value donor relationships (c200k) as well as a well established mid value programme
Develop innovative strategies to engage, steward and inspire supporters
Collaborate across teams to create compelling high and mid value cases for support

The Candidate
Proven experiencein Trusts and ideally HNW fundraising
Inspiring leadershipand team management skills
Exceptional communicationand relationship-building abilities
