We are recruiting for a temporary administrator for a social welfare charity. The role is focusing on Gift Aid Processing , so need strong data entry and database experience.
This role is fully office based in Aylesford area
The Role
To check, sort and process 4,600 written Gift Aid declarations sent by Appeal Organisers by District in preparation of a Gift Aid Claim submission to HMRC by the Income Processing & Administration Manager in advance of year end
To create a Gift Aid Declaration against individual donor records using the donor database (CARE).
Scan and upload images against individual records.
Support the Income Processing & Administration Team with other administrative tasks including data input, post sorting and Gift Aid Declaration recording derived from activity from other parts of the business.
Sending acknowledgement and or Thank you letters.
