This is a two year fixed term contract for the duration of the partnership.

This exciting two-year partnership works together with the banks Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team to organise a range of fundraising activities and events for employees throughout the partnership.
You will be responsible for building effective relationships with employees and volunteers from across the organisation, and gaining buy in from employees to the charitys exciting calendar of events maximising, recognising and rewarding their contribution to grow voluntary income and provide the best possible donor experience and care.
This is an essential role in the two-year partnership that is set to raise c2m and you will provide support to Bank staff participating in fundraising events including but not limited to creating fundraising pages; providing fundraising materials and inspiration to support employees with achieving their fundraising target.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking to gain invaluable corporate fundraising experience of working with a large corporate financial investment partner, working alongside an experienced Account Manager. Your role will be to support the Account Manager with all areas of researching, organising and the delivery of a diverse calendar of fundraising and volunteering events to achieve and exceed income targets set.
We are looking for someone who has a professional approach, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who has the confidence to work with employees from all areas of this global banking organisation, including senior leaders. You will be passionate, enthusiastic about the charity sector, with a can-do attitude as well as possessing excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and plan with attention to detail. Prior Charity of the year experience would be an advantage but is not necessary.
