Manage the implementation of the new CRM system through the full project lifecycle.
Facilitate CRM system & process reviews, develop transformation programmes and deliver efficiency improvements across the organisation.
Contribute analytical and strategic input into cross cutting operational and strategic projects.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the use of data and insight within the organisation.
Work with all CRM stakeholders to analyse, develop, report and promote the use of information to support the on-going development of the organisations strategic objectives.
Build strong relationships with all information users and teams that will enable them to maximise their use of data.
Promote the strategic direction of information management throughout the organisation.
Develop strong relationships with all CRM stakeholders in order to position data and insight at the heart of the decision-making processes.
Engage with all departments and services to define their CRM system and information requirements and assist them to deliver high quality analysis and outcomes.
Develop and deliver analysis and reporting solutions using appropriate tools and techniques.

Ability to Project Manage business transformation through the management and implementation of the organisations new CRM system
Ability to undertake complex business process mapping and analysis
Confidence to develop and implement an organisation Information Strategy
Working knowledge of developing performance management processes to achieve organisation improvement and efficiency
Able to manage a wide range of concurrent and complex projects
Ability to deliver information reporting services throughout a large and diverse organisation
