Great opportunity to join this leading health charity. With a track record in Trust fundraising you will focus on securing income from high value funders in the 50k - 100k bracket.
Secure and manage high value relationships and/or partnerships with current and potential trusts and foundations and statutory funders
Developing relationships with prospects with the capacity to make gifts of 100k plus.
Identify and create compelling bids and propositions for key funders,
Build relationships, where possible, with external funders (current and potential), and/or develop a strong understanding of specific funder requirements.
Work with the Senior Manager to prioritise prospects
Work with the Bid Writer to develop strong and compelling propositions and to shape existing materials (or develop new content) to suit funders as required.
Line manage the Trust and Statutory Executive
Significant fundraising experience in Trust/Grant funding
Track record of personally securing income 50k plus and managing complex relationships are essential requirements for this role.
Experience of writing bids and proposals, with demonstrable success
Line management and/or supervisory experience
Demonstrable leadership skills
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Excellent writing skills
In depth knowledge of the market
