Working with the Head of Supporter Engagement develop a supporter engagement and legacy marketing strategy, with innovation and engagement at its heart._
Manage annual supporter retention and legacy marketing activity
Oversee, project manage and execute supporter journeys and campaigns during the year
Launch the new Supporter Retention strategy, regularly checking delivery against key objectives and gaining supporter feedback.
Oversee the legacy prospect and legacy pledger retention programme
Proactively manage a range of suppliers and internal service providers
Manage a team of three
Experience of working in a fundraising or Marketing department, with at least two years in an individual giving role.
Proven experience of successfully introducing new initiatives to an established group of stakeholders.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and to take a leadership role.
Strong project management experience, with a proactive, results orientated approach.
Budget management experience.
Analytical skills and the ability to identify key issues and make rational and logical judgements based on relevant information.
Knowledge of the principles of direct marketing and an understanding of relationship-based fundraising.
Management experience. Ability to lead, train and motivate staff.
