We are working exclusively with this hospice in Essex to recruit this key role. This is a real opportunity for a highly motivated person to lead on the IG programme for the charity.
Develop and deliver the overall Individual Giving strategy
Ensure that the strategy is translated into action across the Individual Giving remit, so that there is a sustainable and diverse audience-led programme
Ensure reports are in place to support successful delivery of activities and performance
Manage income and expenditure budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong financial management and ownership of income targets
Actively grow the supporter base across all channels, increasing supporter value through both the right communications and highly effective stewardship
Develop existing and new initiatives to increase income and raise awareness
Motivate and lead a team of Lottery Manager, Supporter Care Officer, Database Officer and Fundraising Administrator and team volunteers.
A minimum of five years relevant fundraising experience.
Experience in overseeing a compliance progamme
Experience in both creating, developing and implementing supporter acquisition and retention programmes.
Experience of print management and techniques.
Proven experience in data management, data manipulation and data selections to underpin financial decisions and supporter insight.
Proven budget setting and reforecasting experience and working to agreed targets.
Experience of managing and reporting on income/expenditure budgets and producing return on investment (ROI) results for relevant campaigns.
Experience of running a successful raffle
A minimum of three years solid team management experience
