Lead on the constant planning, development and implementation of an effective new business programme for the Corporate partnerships team
Meet objectives and net income targets as set out in the fundraising Strategy.
Work with the Executive Director of Fundraising & Communications, Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Account Manager to identify, develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners.
Provide exceptional donor stewardship to partners that come on board.
Work collaboratively across the directorate and the organisation to ensure the charity is able to maximise its corporate fundraising opportunities through the activity of the charity.
Significant experience of working on developing partnerships, whether in the commercial or charity sector
Significant experience of pitching, preparing presentations, writing proposals.
Experience of compiling and implementing business plans, budgets and associated performance measures.
A good understanding of the criteria needed in order to build a successful case for support.
Experience and evidence of successful influencing and negotiations
Understanding of typical donor audiences and their motivations to give.
Experience or thorough understanding of the commercial sector, identifying new opportunities, applying commercial principles to these opportunities and to research and evaluate their viability and present findings in a robust business case.
