Looking for a temporary Executive PA/Office Manager to work with an amazing childrens charity , Immediate start !
Act as executive PA to the CEO providing diary management and proactive PA services as required. This will require a solid understanding of the business of Starlight and the ability to assist in the prioritisation of the work load of the CEO
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation through liaison with external consultants annual assessments, audits, testing and implementation of remedial actions as required.
Maintain central file of all employment contracts and employment related correspondence including offer letters, PDRs etc.
Responsible for BreatheHR holiday and sickness reporting and access to Staff Handbook.
New starter inductions and onboarding paperwork including arranging DBS checks.
Point of contact for Trustees.
Office Manager responsibilities including Landlord liaison for the office premises; ordering of office supplies and equipment maintenance; and, ad hoc projects.
Maintain central register/file of all supplier contracts and dates of renewals etc.
Experience in a PA/Office Manager role
Strong organisation skills
Strong HR knowledge
Good IT skills
