We are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager with strong communications skills to join this leading young peoples charity.
One of the most recognisable and much loved charitys in the UK who help helps disadvantaged young people.
To manage a wider portfolio of corporate partnerships successfully to achieve significant income across Charity Of The Year partnerships, donation, employee fundraising, cause-related marketing, etc
To agree annual financial targets for accounts and to strive to attain these targets and significant future commitments
To deliver/design employee volunteering opportunities and employee fundraising for corporate partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising income potential
To liaise with appropriate staff to make sure national partnerships are delivered effectively locally across the UK, and to help spread best practice across regional fundraising teams
To establish and build effective relationships with a range of contacts in corporate partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting their expectations and keeping them informed on progress and relevant developments.
To write high quality reports, presentations and proposals, understanding the needs and knowledge of the target audience
To maintain accurate records on Raisers Edge in accordance with the Data Protection Act
Experience of corporate fundraising and/or sales/marketing
Demonstrable experience of growing income over time and implementing a broad range of fundraising/income generation products
Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience of presenting to external audiences
Solid understanding of what drives corporate engagement with a charity, and the ability to present the charitys work compellingly in response to those needs
Experience of using databases, including Raisers Edge
