We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator who has excellent attention to detail to help support the PD Operations team and talent manager for one of the largest multi-academy Trust in England. Immediate Start!
To monitor and progress requests/queries coming in via PeopleDesk and to be the first point of contact for queries relating to People Directorate transactional processes.
To provide advice that is in line with all People policies and procedures in accordance with the charitys ethos, best practice and current employment legislation.
Processing and producing/supporting paperwork for HR transactional activities such as contracts, variations to contracts, leavers, offer letters, maternity leave, reference checks etc.
The timely and accurate entry of data onto the PD database i-Trent, to ensure monthly changes to payroll (salary changes, change in hours, leave, leavers, job titles etc.) are actioned.
To organise fortnightly Operations team meetings, preparing the agenda and documenting and circulating agreed actions.
To ensure confidentiality and integrity of all PD information in accordance with the GDPR Data Protection Act and any other relevant legislation and codes of practice.
Coordination of the Job Evaluation process by arranging panels, printing materials, communicating outcomes and helping to arrange training.
To support the L&D Manager in the booking of training rooms, printing and distributing course materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in working order for the efficient running of all relevant events.
During recruitment peaks, to support the Talent Manager and Recruitment Officer with the administrative aspects of recruitment for positions across the organisation, and to provide logistical support during related assessment processes when required.
Good organisational and administrative or HR Admin skills.
Ideally working towards a CIPD or equivalent qualification.
Experience using databases.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
