We are looking for a temporary, experienced Database Assistant who has high attention to detail to import and export of supporter and financial data to the fundraising database for national social welfare charity.
Import and update personal and transaction data from internal sources and external agencies into The Raisers Edge Database, ensuring that correct data processes are followed and data is imported and updated promptly and appropriately.
Monitors and evaluates data standards, working with both external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, appropriate and effective information is provided.
Identify areas of concern or improvement, devising processes to improve efficiency and quality of data management to ensure and maintain best practice.
Works closely with the Supporter care team and Finance to ensure accurate income reconciliation between the Engagement and Finance systems.
Support more junior members of the team sharing expert knowledge of Raisers Edge and business processes surrounding its use.
A good understanding of database theory and CRM practices.
Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Raisers Edge or similar)
Strong level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office and database principles.
Ability to interrogate and manipulate a high volume of data.
Good numerical skills.
