In this exciting role you will have strategic responsibility for the retention and legacy programmes for this leading childrens charity. You will also and collaborate with the Individual Giving Manager for Acquisition to oversee the strategy of the Individual Giving Programme.
Is the leading national childrens charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer. They raise and invest money for vital specialist research to save the life of every child with cancer and keep their family together.
You will lead on the development and management of Individual Giving programmes and activities including; cash appeals, raffles, lottery, regular giving, supporter experience, legacy and in-memory giving working to reach the Individual Giving Teams 4 million net income target.
Alongside the Individual Giving Manager for Acquisition, responsible for developing and implementing the Individual Giving income and expenditure budget, monitoring income, preparing forecasts and accounting for variations in income.
To help support, develop and deliver an annual programme of multi-channel campaigns using direct mail, PSMS, digital marketing and telemarketing to retain and develop donors.
To manage the 2020 Legacy Giving programme, including regular managing of performance against target, and leading on legacy marketing and stewardship.
Manage legacy forecasting, and support the Supporter Services Coordinator, providing guidance on the administration of gifts.
Develop new fundraising ideas, adopting a test and learn approach, to ensure a strong Individual Giving portfolio and avoid over reliance on any one income source. Maximising on a range of data-capture and fundraising opportunities to grow our donor base.
Significant experience and a proven track record of developing and delivering successful individual giving and legacy programmes.
Extensive individual giving fundraising experience
Experience of developing strategies, achieving individual and team income targets
Experience of managing budgets and reporting programme and campaign performance.
Management of specialist direct marketing agencies.
