A Mid Value Development Manager needed to develop income from £250-5k regular givers, for a forward thinking health charity. This is a maternity contract on 4 days a week.

You will be a key member of the Direct Marketing and Legacy team, you work in a cross team manner, collaborating with colleagues to deliver activities that have the wishes of the supporters at the centre for a forward thinking health charity.
Lead our Mid Value programme, having ownership for development of the operational plan and overseeing delivery of the programme and income targets.
Work as an active member of the Direct Marketing and legacies team, feeding into wider team plans and working across the Income Generation team to deliver joint work.
To manage develop and build long-term relationships with supporters within the Mid Value programme; working with the Direct Marketing Manager on the development of cross marketing communications linking the Legacy marketing strategy.
Take a supporter focused view at all times, being led by their preferences and wishes, and delivering our work in a way that is going to appeal the most to our target audiences.
Build loyalty of existing Mid Value supporters through planned and integrated communications; staying within budgetary restrictions to maximise potential contacts.
To work with the Income Generation Data Manager to ensure that the highest possible standards of targeting and supporter care are implemented.
Proven experience of developing Direct Marketing income growth strategies,annual operating plans and budgets.
Experience of managing external agencies and suppliers (creative agencies, telemarketing agencies, copy writers, professional fundraising agencies)
Ability to create deliver operational plans, with an eye on the bigger picture, as well as operational detail.
Collaborative outlook. looking for opportunities to work together across multiple teams to deliver multiple objectives across the organisation.
Excellent knowledge of Gift Aid, and Data Protection legislation and other charity legislation.
