As a successful Legacy Development Manager you will use your legacy marketing, influencing and administration expertise working across all departments to up skill this inspiring childrens charity

The Charity Our mission is to transform the lives of disabled children by providing the equipment, support and life skills they need, when they need them giving them the chance to develop their full potential.

The Role
Work with the Group Head of Public Fundraising to develop a legacy marketing strategy that delivers income and creates a long term sustainable income stream.
Ensure that legacy marketing is included across all communications channels including online, offline and through all fundraising and service delivery channels.
Devise and implement a stewardship programme for legacy prospects, enquirers, pledgers and families connected with existing bequests.
Deliver the legacy administration strategy, maximising net income and monitoring and progressing the administration of estates.
Advise and make recommendations to the Group Head of Public Fundraising on re-forecasting income and setting annual budgets including accruals of legacies.

The Candidate
Good knowledge of the legal, financial and ethical issues related to fundraising from legacies.
Demonstrable experience of legacy marketing and administration.
Successful track record of achieving financial targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and confidence amongst colleagues and supporters.
