We are looking for a temporary Teaching School Coordinator to support the development and day to day coordination for an educational charity and multi-academy trust.
To organise and coordinate a range of internal and external courses for the Teaching School.
Maintain an awareness of funding opportunities, supporting the identification of and writing of bids for projects and research.
To successfully market all aspects of the Teaching School via a range of mediums i.e. email, social media, website, and flyers.
To maintain databases of Initial Teacher Trainees (ITT) for the current cohort and future cohort.
To administer all finances for the Teaching School. To track income and expenditure for the Teaching School. Administering budgets and paperwork.
Experience of Training Administration.
Good knowledge of Marketing Communications.
Experience of working with databases.
To be able to administer finances.
