We are looking for an experienced Senior Supporter Engagement Officer (Acquisition) to contribute to the development and delivery of an exciting supporter acquisition programme.

Deliver a long-term fundraising and brand engagement campaign designed to acquire new supporters
Supporting the development and delivery of new product to raise unrestricted funds including an online product area and digital marketing testing plan
Internal and external stakeholder management with expert communication and excellent project management skills including status reports and feedback processes
Raise unrestricted income and secure new donors through other acquisition products and channels.
Ensure we adhere to best practice in the ways we carry out fundraising to engender trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of media buying, creative development processes (copy and artwork) and production processes for on-line/off-line communications.
Experience in a direct marketing or fundraising role.
Substantial experience using and managing direct marketing to drive income and acquisition of new supporters/customers.
Experience of project management across multiple stakeholders and multiple acquisition.
Experience of implementing Direct Marketing plans.
