To be responsible for developing and delivering the supporter email marketing and stewardship programmes across Individual Giving for a social welfare organisation , Immediate start !
To build relationships with marketing agencies and other suppliers, and ensure their delivery is in accordance with agreed service levels.
Provide campaign briefings to supporter care teams and other supporter facing representatives as required.
To work with the Head of Supporter Development and Engagement and the Product Managers to develop strategies for optimising supporter retention and income through email campaigns.
To develop annual income and expenditure budgets for email marketing activity in conjunction with the SD&E Campaign Managers and monitor activity against these targets, taking prompt corrective action where required to stay on track. Also contributing to the quarterly budget reforecasts.
To work with the Digital Campaign Manager - Acquisition, to review and develop the supporter journey through the transaction microsites to optimise conversion rates and continually seek ways to improve functionality and the supporter experience.
Experience of developing and implementing complex email marketing programmes involving different audience segments and products.
Significant experience of planning and managing campaigns end to end, from planning and deliver through to response handling and results analysis.
Experience of planning and implementing complex test matrices and schedules.
Significant evidence of effective income and expenditure budget management and of producing forecasts.
