We have an exciting opportunity to work with a new charity that supports survivors of childhood brain tumours, they are looking for a part time experienced EA for the next few months. An amazing Charity to be part of from the beginning !! The role will be remote based.
You will provide full executive administrative support to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees.
Diary and meeting management coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and appointments, preparing relevant papers and resources and taking and circulating minutes
Communications management manage incoming and outgoing emails, web enquiries, phone calls and written communications; manage social media posts and online community forum
Contact relationship management manage contact information and ensure a programme of stakeholder communication is included in the diary
Office management (virtual office) - ensure careful and effective use of charity resources on office spending, manage day to day IT and general office matters including financial records
Experienced PA / administrator with excellent organisational skills
Experience of assisting the coordination of projects and events
Excellent IT Skills
Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Ability to be flexible when required
