In this key role you will retain and grow income from individual giving donors and grow thr database of new individual givers. You will also maintain quality of the Raisers Edge database and optimise use of Raisers NXT functionality across the FR team.

Develop strategies and operational plans to achieve budgeted net income from individual giving appeals and initiatives
Prepare financial budgets
Research and recommend new individual giving income generation initiatives
Lead on Supporter Journey work to review and optimise the way in which the charity communicate with donors
Develop creative concepts and copy for all individual giving appeal materials
Be custodian of the database, ensuring data quality is being maintained by all
Provide training for RE NXT to new fundraising team members and across the team when new functionality is introduced
At least one years experience of working in direct marketing/individual giving
Highly experienced in Raisers Edge/Raisers NXT functionality, including complex data analysis, segmentation and selections
Good copywriting and creative development skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales
Ability to work well and sensitively with people at all levels of the organisation and with varying skills/abilities
