We are recruiting for a campaign coordinator regular giving for a high profile social welfare charity , you will be supporting the campaign manager to work on campaigns aimed at growing and maintaining their Cause Regular Giving and products. They will consider full time or part time (21 hours 16,951)
To work with the Campaign Manager Regular Giving to implement both direct marketing campaigns to convert existing supporters into regular givers, and stewardship campaigns
to retain existing regular givers, with particular focus on our their Supporter product.
Manage marketing channels including direct mail, email, telephone, and supporter events, both digitally and in person once it is safe to do so.
Keep track of campaign budgets, source quotes, raise purchase orders, and keep track of spend to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
Understand supporter segmentation and accurately produce fairly complex data briefs for the Data Services team for mail and email campaigns.
Produce campaign plans and briefs for input from managers and internal stakeholders.
Work with the Public Relations team to source engaging content for individual giving campaigns both online and offline.
Work with the creative agency to develop campaign creative and manage internal feedback and approval.
Manage print specifications and proofing with the print management supplier and take responsibility for checking and approving these.
Experience of managing direct marketing campaigns, ideally including direct mail, email and telephone
Experience of managing a busy workload and multiple projects, delivering to meet deadlines.
Experience of working with relevant suppliers ideally including creative agencies, print managers, and response handling agencies.
Experience of producing creative and data briefs.
Experience of implementing and monitoring of campaign budgets.
Experience of compiling results and data analysis
