We are looking for 2 experienced HR Advisors to work an amazing Charity which is the UKs largest provider of specialist services for victims of all forms of gender-based violence You will provide the full scope of HR interventions, from recruiting effectively, managing complex employee relations cases, coaching managers to actively people manage and advising on organisational change, and e-learning . These roles are FTC, one for 12 months and one for 3-6 months .
Work with managers to support focused and effective recruitment activity ensuring candidates receive a high quality service at every stage of the process and appointment complies with legislative and internal policy requirements
Develop and maintain systems to enable effective recording and analysis of recruitment to critically evaluate methods, media and processes and develop improved and value add ways of recruiting
Manage new starter , induction and probationary processes and delivering induction where required
Advise managers on all aspects of organisational change including restructuring , variation to working arrangements , redundancy and TUPE to ensure effective , legally compliant and timely processes that meet service requirements whilst treating employees with dignity and respect
Support managers in all aspects of change
To establish and maintain systems to manage and produce a full suite of management information
To act as first point of contact for staff and managers with generalist employment queries ensuring all advice is appropriately documented
Advice managers on specific cases relating to performance , absence , health issues ,grievances , disciplinaries , redundancy ,TUPE and investigations
Support the deputy head of HR to ensure all polices , procedures and guidance documents
To identify and contribute to the identification of learning and development needs within the organisation
Oversee Payroll input of the HR Administrator
To be successful in this role you will need to be an HR generalist with strong interpersonal skills who can work effectively as part of a team.
You will have demonstrable experience in managing a caseload of employee relations cases, experience of TUPE as well as with managing and coordinating recruitment campaigns.
A CIPD qualification
You will demonstrate confidence in communicating at all levels across the business, be self-motivated with the ability to work pro-actively and a willingness to go the extra mile.
